Classic is when single eyelash extensions are applied to every natural lash. Hybrid is a mix of handmade volume fans and classic lashes. Volume is all handmade volume fans. Classic is the most natural set.

Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent extensions that are weightless and comfortable. Eyelashes are applied with a lash adhesive to each individual natural eyelash. The bond is designed to last until the eyelashes naturally fall out during their lash cycle. Once you notice your lash extensions are becoming sparse, a fill is required to maintain the desired look. Eyelash extensions are perfect for special occasions, vacations or for day-to-day wear.

Please remove all eye makeup prior to your appointment. Extensions will not adhere properly if your natural lashes have any traces of oils.

During the application you will be required to keep your eyes closed. Lashes will be individually isolated and have an extension attached until the desired look is achieved. A full set takes anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours to complete depending on which style you have booked. The service is painless and relaxing. You are welcome to bring your own headphones if you would like to relax to your own music or podcast.

When eyelash extensions are applied correctly no damage will occur. This is why the appropriate thickness and length is selected based on what your natural lashes can support. Lashes will fall out naturally on their own once they have reached their adult phase, and not due to the extensions. We recommend having your extensions professionally removed to keep your natural lashes healthy and strong.

50% of your eyelash extensions must be present when attending a fill appointment. If fills are not booked within the allotted fill time (3 weeks and under) it will be considered a full set.

On average your eyes naturally shed 2-5 natural lashes per eye per day. Keep in mind that everyone is different. On average in 1 week you will lose 21 eyelashes, in 2 weeks you will lose 42 eyelashes and by 3 weeks you will lose 63 eyelashes.

Yes, but please remember excessive sweating, oils and steam can weaken the bond of the adhesive over time. If you attend activies like hot yoga, enjoy steam rooms etc. you may need to schedule your lash fills every 2 weeks instead of every 3 weeks.

We recommend at least 2 days before hand. If this is your first time having lash extension applied we recommend coming in 2-3 weeks prior for a full set. Then scheduling a lash fill a few days prior to the event. This is to ensure you are fully happy with your new look and any changes can be made at the fill appointment. Also to make sure you do not have any reactions before a special event. Please note allergic reactions are very unlikely.

• You will be sent home with a mascara wand to comb your eyelash extensions daily once your appointment is complete.

• It is not required to wait 24 hours before coming in contact with water. This use to be recommened but with lots of research we now know that the adhesive cures instantly.

• We recommend waiting 2 hours before coming in contact with any water.

• Washing around your eyes directly after the application is allowed. We recommend this to clients who find the adhesive irritating to their eyes. Wash following the appointment around the eye area will help eliminate any fumes that may have settled on the skin.

• Avoid pulling, picking or twisting your lash extensions as it could cause damage to your natural lashes.

• Avoid lash curlers, and any oil based products.

• Brush your lashes daily with a reusable mascara wand.

• Use lash shampoo & a cleansing brush to cleanse your lashes daily. This will make a big difference in your retention. Clean lashes are healthy lashes.

• Do not attempt to remove your lash extensions, please schedule an appointment to have them safely removed.

• Avoid contact from heat, examples bbqing, opening the oven, hair dryers this can cause the extensions to loose their curl.

Lash lifts are an advancement of the old fashioned “lash perm”. Silicone pads are used to lift the lashes from the root only, creating a natural looking lift. Helping give the illusion of length and making the eyes pop. Lifts are a great alternative to eyelash extensions for someone who does not want the maintenance of eyelash extensions but is looking to enhance their natural eyelashes. The keratin formula is applied over the lashes to strengthen them.

Almost everyone is a good candidate for a lash lift and tint. It is safe for pregnant and brest-feeding women. However somtimes hormones can affect your results. We do not recommend a lash lift for anyone with skin conditions close to the eye area as the perming solution has the potential to cause irritation.

With our GlyMed Plus peel treatments a mild tingling, prickling and or itching sensation can be felt when the peel solution is applied. This sensation generally subside within 5-10 minutes.

Immediately after your treatment your skin may feel warm to the touch and appear slightly red. This generally subsides anywhere between 30 minutes up to 48 hours. GlyMed Plus peels have little to no downtime. These peels are removing the outermost layers of the epidermis which means you may but not always experience minimal flaking and or dryness. If this occurs it usually consist of 1-2 days of light flaking and the skin may feel tight. Hyperpigmentation may darken and subsequently lighten.

Anyone who is interested in improving the overall appearance of their brows. Clients with sparse brows to clients with thick brows are suitable for the service. Anyone with skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, alopecia, sunburn, ultra sensitive skin, wounds, scar tissue in the treatment area, or anyone who is using AHA, BHA or retinol should avoid this service. Yes, after 24 hours your brows are ready to face all your daily activities.

• In order to keep your eyebrows beautiful, please take into consideration you must keep your eyebrows completely dry for 24 hours.

• Do not touch or move the brow hairs as they are still stabilizing.

• Exposing the brows to steam, heat, water, or products in the first 24 hours could change the appearance and cause the brows to become unruly.

• Brows must be conditioned often to maintain results. Recommended products: hair conditioner in the shower or applying coconut oil daily.

Brow tint is used to dye the brow hair to give a more define look. Brow tint is a natural enhancement. You can expect your brow tint to last approximately 2 weeks.

Brow stain creates a bold look, lasting 10 days on the skin and up to 6 weeks on the hair.

Please remove all makeup on and around the brow area prior to your appointment. For best results gently exfoliate the brow area leading up to your appointment. This ensures the stain/tint is not blocked by dry skin.

• For a brow stain service it is recommended to wait 24 hours before washing the area to create lasting results.

• For brow tint it is not required to wait 24 hours before coming in contact with water.

• Moisturizing the area will keep the skin hydrated creating longer lasting results for the skin stained.

We recommend you exfoliate and shave the day prior to your appointment. The day of your spray tan refrain from using moisturizers, perfumes, lotions, oils or deodorant. These products could leave residue on your skin and prevent you from achieving optimal results. Please arrive with freshly cleansed skin and no makeup.

On average a spray tan last 7-14 days. Make sure to follow the aftercare to get lasting results.

While the spray tan is being applied you may wear a swimsuit, undergarments or go nude. We advise you bring dark coloured, loose fitting clothes that you can change into. It is recommended to avoid wearing any tigh garments after your session. The mist will not stain your clothing but the cosmetic bronzer may rub off on clothing/bed sheets, which will come out in the wash.

Yes, our mist is 100% non-toxic. While breast-feeding we recommend either wearing a bra/swimsuit top during your session or if you prefer to go topless we can offer you a wipe to remove any mist on and around the area once the tan is complete.

During your first shower after your spray tan session you will see the cosmetic bronzer rinse off, leaving you with a flawless light glow. Once you shower your tan may not be very noticeable. This is completely normal as the tan will take 24 hours to fully develop.

The closer to the event the better. If you are attending an event or going on vacation we recommend 1-2 days before.

All other beauty services should be done before your tanning appointment, waxing, lashes, nails, massages etc. Make your tan your last appointment to avoid your tan wearing off prematurely.
